 Hi there, this is Kelvin with another Sailscasts course. This course is titled Getting Started with Waterline because it's going to be the beginners introductory fundamental course to using the Waterline ORM in your day to day Sails development. So it's going to be a little bit basic because I want you to feel comfortable using the Waterline ORM to its full potential by grasping the basics in this course.

And even if you've been using Waterline before, I promise you there are lots to glean from just taking this course. So if you're new to Sails, you're just getting started with Sails. Waterline is kind of core to the Sails framework because it has to do with database. So if you're new to Sails, this is a very good course for you.
